We’re excited to introduce the LiveMore Mortgage Bond, a four-year investment funding UK first-charge mortgages for the 50 to 90+ age group. LiveMore, supported by major global investment banks, offers tailored mortgage products with an average loan-to-value of 45%.

The bond offers attractive returns: a 10.50% annual coupon in GBP (Series S1008, maturing January 2028) and a 10.25% annual coupon in USD (Series S1006, maturing May 2027), with quarterly and semi-annual payments respectively. Minimum investment is £30,000 or $30,000 (qualified investors), with tranche sizes of £40M and $30M. This presents a secure way to earn consistent returns while supporting a unique market segment.
